Somatic Experiencing (SE) gently, effectively and quickly trains your body and mind to self-regulate, and resolve stress and trauma.

Unlike many approaches, SE practioners work directly with the nervous system. This does not require you to talk about your history or "issues" over and over. It is based on a multidisciplinary intersection of physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics.
SE has been helping individuals find release and healing from trauma and stress for more than five decades.
These skills, when applied to work or school or projects or activism or every day life and culture, can increase our self-awareness, decrease our stress levels, and enable us to work through situations with greater ease.
